Privacy notice

Last updated: 28 October 2026

This notice explains how T1Drunning uses the personal information you provide through the coaching enquiry form.

Who is responsible for your information?

T1Drunning is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact phil.woolfall@gmail.com.

What information is collected?

The enquiry form collects your name, e-mail address and the information you choose to provide about what you are looking for from a training collaboration.

How is your information used?

Your information is used only to review your enquiry, reply to you and discuss a possible coaching relationship. It will not be used for unrelated marketing unless you separately agree to that.

Lawful basis

The information is processed where necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a coaching arrangement. If a coaching relationship begins, some information may also be processed to provide the agreed service and meet legal obligations.

Health information

Please do not submit medical records or detailed clinical information through the enquiry form. If health-related information is later needed for coaching, T1Drunning will explain what is required and how it will be handled before collecting it.

Who receives your information?

Form submissions are sent to T1Drunning by the form-processing service used on this website and delivered to the T1Drunning e-mail account. Information will not be sold. It may be disclosed where required by law or to service providers that support the website and communications.

How long is it kept?

Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries will normally be deleted within 12 months of the last contact. If you become a client, relevant correspondence may be retained for longer where needed to provide the service, manage the relationship or meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or transfer. Contact phil.woolfall@gmail.com to make a request.

Complaints

Please contact T1Drunning first if you have a concern. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated when the website, services or information-handling arrangements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
